Accessing account information

Request access to your personal information through the doHockey contact form. An administrator can prepare a PDF with saved account details and account activity. It states which information needs further investigation and shows counts of linked clubs, teams, training, evaluations, support activity and other records. Found exercises, sessions and plans include their characteristics and reason for being linked. The PDF is always in English. Names and user-entered text keep their original form.

Zero means no link was found in the checked sources. Unexamined information is listed separately. This does not confirm deletion. The administrator checks the request, recipient and overview before providing it.

Viewing your information and deleting your account

At the bottom of your profile, Danger zone lets you download your personal PDF and see what account deletion removes. The PDF is always in English.

You may optionally delete a club too if it has no other users or invitations, even when it already contains content. The page shows the consequences and requests separate confirmation with the club name. A club with other users is retained.

Review the overview carefully. Successful deletion signs you out and sends a final confirmation email with the result. If further review is needed, the page explains why automatic deletion is not yet possible. You can then contact support.

Backups and recovery

A backup is made every night at 03:00 Netherlands time. Backups are used only for recovery from technical problems, corruption or data loss, not to reinstate deleted accounts. Previously deleted accounts and information must remain out of use after recovery.

Backups are retained for seven days. Only after a new backup is successfully created and checked are backups older than seven days automatically removed. If a backup fails, existing backups are retained. Information may remain in existing backups until that cleanup.
