Completing a guest evaluation

Purpose: A guest form to assess players systematically and provide feedback.

Features:

• Player list: All players to evaluate.
• Scoring matrix: Scores for each criterion per player, using a numeric scale such as 0–5.
• Feedback fields: “Tops” (strengths) and “Tips” (areas for improvement) for each player.
• Validation: The form checks required fields.
• Evaluation date: Choose the date the assessment concerns. New evaluations default to today and must fall within the team’s season. Entry time is recorded separately. This works the same in the portal and mobile app.
• Progress: Changes are saved locally while you work.
• Submission: Submit the completed form using Submit.
• Downloadable PDF: Optionally print or download a copy of your submission.
• Errors: Clear messages if something goes wrong.

Notes:

• You can leave the form and resume later.
• Local saving helps prevent data loss.
• Submission is irreversible; editing is no longer possible after confirmation.
• The scoring scale follows evaluation configuration.
• Feedback fields accept multiple lines.
