FAQ
When should I create a support issue?
Create an issue for bugs, feature requests or questions that affect your team’s workflow.
What information should I include?
- A short title
- Steps to reproduce the problem (for bugs)
- Expected and actual results
- Screenshots or video, if possible
Where can I follow progress?
Use the Issues overview or check the Roadmap for broader updates.
Which emails will I receive from doHockey?
After registering, you receive a welcome email and a short getting-started tip around the second day. Later, you may receive help if you have not started, a request for feedback while using doHockey, or help returning after a longer break. Club managers may also receive tips relevant to their club’s use.
User and club messages are combined where possible. Having several roles or clubs does not give you duplicate monthly updates. Follow-up emails and monthly updates are coordinated to avoid messages arriving close together.
You can unsubscribe from product updates using the link at the bottom of a monthly update. Essential account messages, such as activation and password recovery, remain available.
What happens if I do not use my account or club for a long time?
When this policy is enabled, you may receive a warning after about 335 days without use. Access is deactivated no earlier than after 365 days and always at least 30 days after the warning. Using doHockey again prevents deactivation.
Your account and club are assessed separately. Use by other club members prevents an active club from being deactivated. Club data is retained. Want to return after deactivation? Contact the administrator to restore access.
