Users & access
Manage accounts for your own club here. A user account is different from a player registration: manage players under Players.
Users shows name, email, club role, coach and trainer functions, and linked teams. Search by name or email and filter by function, season or team. Accounts are club-wide; team links follow the selected season. Without a team this season helps find users who have not been linked yet.
Add user creates a club account. The user receives the existing invitation to activate it. Edit changes name, language and coach or trainer function. These functions alone do not grant club manager rights.
Link team opens Teams. Choose a team and open Edit. The user is preselected under Team access; check the selection and save. Team access and coach selection are separate. You can grant someone access without making them a coach.
Under Access requests, review who is requesting access. Check their name, team and whether approval will create a new team. Approve & create team creates the requested team and links the user as coach. If the team now exists, it is reused. Approval or rejection also works when a notification email was not received. See Club overview.
Club managers changes the club’s managers. At least one manager must remain. The change requires separate confirmation; removing yourself means losing club administration rights. Coach and trainer functions remain.
Global account actions remain with the platform administrator. Changing a function or team link does not delete a user account or shared exercises.
