Team administration

Team administration manages the basic structure of teams within a club. Maintain team information, link coaches and choose a default formation.

After a change, check that coaches can select the correct team and players appear in the right team.

Team composition

When creating or editing, choose Male, Female, Mixed or Not set. Existing teams remain Not set until you enter a choice. The choice applies to the team and does not change individual player details.

Creating and editing

Add team and Edit open a separate page. Enter the team name, club, composition, any team IDs, playing variant and coaches. Choose the default formation for each variant: a team playing both indoor and outdoor hockey has separate settings. Save team returns you to the overview after a successful edit. If saving fails, your input remains and an error appears. Back to teams leaves the page without saving your changes.

Season, access and players

The list starts with the active season. Choose another season or All seasons to view history. Coach counts count each coach once. Player places counts places within teams; a player on multiple teams can occupy multiple places.

Choose coaches and team access separately in the team form. Coaches automatically receive access; other linked users do not automatically become coaches. The same form is used when linking a team from Users & access.

Player list opens Players with this team and season selected. Team workspace opens coaching for the selected team in its season context.
