Distributing team evaluations
A team evaluation collects structured feedback from coaches or other people involved. Choose a suitable evaluation, decide who participates and specify the response period.
Preparing well
- Explain clearly why the evaluation is being carried out.
- Invite only relevant evaluators.
- Agree how results will be discussed and used.
- Monitor progress during the response period.
- Handle results carefully and share them only with the intended people.
