Purpose

View full details of an individual exercise. This is the learning view for coaches to understand and deliver an exercise.

Features

• Full view: Drawing, description, variations and coaching instructions.
• Controls: Start, pause, restart and step through animation. Labels and movement paths can be shown separately.
• Save offline: Deliberately save the current exercise on this device.
• Share: Use the device’s share menu where available, otherwise copy the share link.
• Errors:
  • A loading screen while fetching information.
  • An error if the exercise cannot be found or accessed.

Notes

• Direct opening: A valid share link opens the exercise without going through the list, where the shared access permits this.
• Mobile use: Controls provide comfortable touch targets and leave room at the bottom for browser or system bars.
