Guides and practical help for coaches, teams, players and trainers.

Trainer overview and access

The mobile trainer workspace starts in the Trainer Dugout. See exercise, session and plan counts at a glance, your most recently edited exercise on a small pitch and a short list to continue working. Quick actions open a new exercise, sessions and training plans. Offline exercises remain accessible from the same start page.

The fixed bottom navigation shows Dugout, Exercises, Sessions, Plans and Feedback. It has the same comfortable touch height as the coach workspace, with tasks specific to the trainer role.

Have both trainer and coach access? Training screens show trainer navigation. Moving to the match or team workspace shows coach navigation with Dugout, Match and Team. Navigation therefore stays relevant to your current task.

Without an account

The public Trainer Dugout lets you view public exercises, sessions and plans without signing in. The pitch preview shows the first available exercise; if no content is available yet, a small example lineup keeps the page recognisable and lively. Public navigation offers Dugout, Exercises, Offline and Sign in. Creating or editing requires signing in.

Opening protected content

An administrator can provide an eight-digit access code. Enter all digits and choose Check code. Access remains active only in the current browser session. Use Clear when someone else takes over the device.

An expired, invalid or replaced code removes protected local content. Public content remains available.

Sharing

The share icon appears only in an open exercise, session or training plan. The recipient receives a separate share link; the access code itself is not included in the link. Share protected content only with its intended recipient.

Playing an exercise

Exercises with animation steps have a compact playback bar below the pitch. The large orange button starts or pauses animation. Round buttons beside it restart, move to the previous step or move to the next step. Above the buttons are the active step, elapsed time and a slider to jump directly to another moment.

The same controls are available for signed-in, public and offline exercises. Playback buttons stay disabled when an exercise has no usable animation steps.
